Saj Bread Baking Kit

Bake the special Lebanese bread known as Saj bread, mark'ouk, and Syrian bread. It's soft, foldable, chewy, and ohhh so good.

These essential tools make baking easier and more fun, with a removable shaping pillow cover that you can wash and tumble dry, two bread towels that are large enough to cover the large flatbread both underneath and over the top, and a moisture-resistant baking wrap that helps soften the baked bread.

The flour sack fabric is custom printed in the custom Lebanese Baking pattern, on soft 100% cotton flour sack cloth. 

The Kit Includes:

• Saj Bread shaping pillow cover, just add a 20-inch round pillow. Cover is removable and machine washable.
• Two XL Floursack Bread Towels, for covering dough and then wrapping the bread after baking. Machine washable.
• Saj Bread Baking Wrap, for softening the bread after baking. Resuable, food safe
• Gift Gox with all enclosed inside
• Card with a list of all of the other tools you need with a QR code for easy shopping
